A Twitter is a free social networking service that enables its users to send and read messages
known as tweets. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Twitter).
These messages are shown at profile pages of users at www.twitter.com. In many countries you can receive your messages on your mobile phones. While Twitter.com does not charge anything for this service some mobile phone companies might charge you for receiving/sending these messages. |

| What kind of information is sought by Twitter.com to create your account? | Your first and last names, username, password and a valid Email address. You may optionally give your mobile phone number to receive these messages on your cell phone. | ||
| What is the maximum length of Twitter messaages? | 140 characters | ||
| How can you know which of your friends are using Twitter service? | Twitter.com asks for your Email address and Email password and then informs you about your friends who are already using Twitter service. You are also provided an opportunity to invite all or some your friends in your contact list to use this service. | ||
| How can you receive a message from a certain person on your profile page or mobile phone? | You are provided an opportunity by the Twitter.com to opt which of the service user you would like to follow. You will receive messages from only these opted users. | ||
| Can we prevent our tweets to be seen publicly by everybody? | Yes,if we check the relevant box on the settings page we can prevent public viewing of our tweets and these will be seen only by our friends. | ||
